Govertex Escape - Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the fifty (50) U.S. states and DC who are of majority age at time of entry. Promotion runs [September 2025] to [February 2026]. Grand Prize announced late February 2026; travel late April 2026.

Every scratch ticket constitutes an entry into the Govertex Escape. Sharing your product or posting on social media is optional and does not affect eligibility to win the Govertex Escape or instant prizes.

Agreement to Rules. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Grand Prize: All-inclusive weekend getaway for two in Playa del Carmen, Mexico (late April 2026). Includes: RT economy flights, resort stay (double occupancy), airport transfers, meals & beverages per resort plan. Approx. Retail Value: CAD $4,500 (USD equiv.).

Instant Prizes: Discounts or prizes revealed on scratch tickets; redeemable on govertex.com; single-use, non-transferable; expire in 30 days unless stated.

• Random draw from all eligible entries received by February 2026. Conducted late February 2026.
• Winner notified by email/phone within three (3) business days; must respond within 72 hours and complete required documents.
• Canada only: Winner must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question unaided.

Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received. More tickets/entries = better odds.

Tax Obligations: All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. U.S. winners may receive IRS Form 1099.

Purchase Path:

1. Every order includes one (1) scratch ticket; orders over $60 include two (2).
2. Scratch to reveal instant prizes or discounts; redeem on govertex.com.
3. Each ticket has a unique code; submit it on the entry page for one (1) Grand Prize entry. Multiple tickets = multiple entries = better odds.

No Purchase Necessary:

• U.S. residents: Mail a handwritten request with name, address, phone, email, and a 50-word statement about “Why I’d love a Govertex Escape” in a stamped envelope to:

• Canadian residents: Include a correctly solved mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., 25 × 3 + 12 – 8 = ?).

Limit one (1) NPN entry per person. Each valid mail-in per person = one scratch ticket entry.

Release & Liability Waiver

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or prize use, including personal injury, property damage, defamation, or publicity rights. Winner assumes all responsibility for use of prize.

Right to Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, without notice, including if the Promotion cannot operate as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control.

Any attempt to obtain entries through fraudulent purchases, returns, or automated methods may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, or other issues that interfere with entry. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if it cannot operate as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control.

Sponsor will never request payment, banking details, or confidential information to release a prize. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

By accepting a prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, city, province/state, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Information is provided to Sponsor, not these platforms.

Canadian entrants are governed by the laws of Quebec (excluding conflict rules), and U.S. entrants by the laws of their state of residence. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Montreal, QC.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that:

• Waiver of Claims: Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded.
• Limit on Damages: In no event shall Sponsor’s liability exceed the actual retail value of the prize awarded, and under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages.
• Acknowledgement: Entrants expressly waive the right to bring any class action or claim for injunctive or equitable relief, and agree that any claims must be brought individually.
• Exclusions: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Personal information is collected solely for the administration of this Promotion in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy

• Dates: Travel must occur late April 2026 on Sponsor-designated dates.
• Documents: Winner and guest responsible for valid passports/visas.
• Expenses Not Covered: Insurance, baggage fees, upgrades, excursions, incidentals are winner’s responsibility.
• Changes/Substitution: Prize not transferable or redeemable for cash; Sponsor may substitute with equal/greater value.
• Force Majeure: Sponsor not liable for delays/cancellations due to events outside control.
